Zasmine Johnson
Zasmine Johnson, a native of St. Louis, serves as Programs Manager at the Clark-Fox Family Foundation working with the Blueprint4 family of web platforms. In her current role, she collects data about various programs for youth across the St. Louis region including summer camps, college access programs, and training and credentialing programs in the region. She has also collaborated on community events and created the first-ever North County Camp Fair to provide students and families in North City and North County with information about summer camp programs. She also serves on the Young Friend Organization at Southside Early Childhood Center to raise awareness and support for Southside Early Childhood Center while also volunteering at her church’s Helping Hands Ministry. She received her bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia where she also obtained a Master’s degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Promotion and Policy. She worked as a peer advisor within residential life providing guidance to freshmen managing the transition from high school to college.
Her other work in the St. Louis community and public health includes being a summer job coach for Paraquad helping high school students with disabilities gain independence through workplace training for job skill development. Zasmine previously conducted state-wide teen pregnancy prevention trainings and developed LGBTQ-focused inclusivity and cultural competency trainings as an adolescent health educator for the State of Missouri. She also was a lead child development teacher and volunteer soccer coach for the YMCA.
